We custom create all our designs in house which means we control the process, quality and can also handcraft one off unique designs especially for you. Forever Drawn is based in Sydney's North Shore in Australia. Offices and distribution centres are also located in Asia, United Kingdom, Europe and the United States.

Forever Drawn ships worldwide. We are not responsible for any custom tax and charges and recommend that you find that out your country's requirements.

FREE! We include tracked postage in our pricing. Our belief is that you should not be burdened by additional postage fees as we pass our savings being an online based business on to you! We also offer express shipping at an additional cost for those that require their purchase faster

No. Our shipping estimates vary depending on your location. Please see our shipping page at checkout to find out approximate shipping times to your Country. Our personalised designs are all handcrafted from scratch and the processing time is usually 5 - 10 Business Days. Please note, processing times may be as long as 15 days during peak periods

Due to the number of packages we send out every week, each package is not always scanned in by our Postage Partners over the counter. As a result of this the tracking details may show up as "no events" or "still in transit" and have no update until scanned by our Postage Partners after it arrives at the sorting or delivery centre. If you have concerns and there is no update 3-4 days after you have been informed by us that your package has been shipped, please feel free to contact us and we will assist in helping you get an update.

If your package is returned to us by the postage service provider for whatever reason, we are able to redeliver it with the following, standard tracked post for US$15.

While your order is in progress, changes to shipping method or shipping address is possible. However, once an order is completed and in line for packing it is no longer able to be changed. Once an order is completed and distributed to the packing team, the orders are all mixed and the packing team has the responsibility to pack them asap and have them ready for collection by the courier, due to the nature of this, to find one order amongst the packing team is like looking for a needle in a haystack and will not only delay that single order, but every other order in that batch, so once the order is completed and given to the packing team, no shipping . changes are possible. Our order Timeline is an estimate, the order processing timeline outlined, is just a full view of our full process and the amount of work that each piece requires. However, here at Forever Drawn, we have a whole team working on your order so that your order is completed in a much quicker timeline and we strive to get orders to our customers within our estimates.

At the time of order you will be asked for your details. The shipping address is the address that your orders will be sent to.

Yes. All parcels have tracking numbers when postage is standard or express. When your order is completed and sent, you will receive an email confirmation and your tracking number that can be tracked on our website via your personal tracking page

Yes, as long as arranged within 12 hours of ordering.

Please note, due to the speed in which we process orders, requests received after 12 hours are not guaranteed as the customising process would have already begun and further changes will not be possible.

Yes, we offer a 365 day included warranty on all pieces guarding against any production faults and defects. This however, does not cover damage caused by misuse, alterations, or any work carried out by other companies to the jewellery.

Every order is packaged to be gift ready, encased in a Jewellery Box and packaged inside is a lovely card with your child's original drawing. Making it perfect for presentation and keeping your jewellery safe.

Frequently wash with soap (phosphate-free) and warm water. Dry immediately.

No. Although these dips clean jewellery at an accelerated rate, they are too strong and you may end up removing an important layer of the pendant's surface. When this happens, your pendant might get damaged and your warranty may be voided

No we do not work with solid Gold and Rose Gold as a material. This is to keep the cost affordable for you. Our materials are of high quality and if worn and taken care of, can last for a very long time. All of our Golds are 18k Plated
